Doctor ,my grand mother is 76 years old and she is always complaining that everyone is trying to grab her money ,when she watches television she is relating things to her life,infact she is imagining something ,like there are alot of people on the top of her house trying to make her house in their name and so on.

Hello there. It's a psychiatrist problem and you don't need to outcast her. Be supportive to her. No amount of you explaining will help because these are delusions. Delusions are something which they believe firmly which cannot be changed even after giving them enough proof. Consult a psychiatrist and get her evaluated. They will be able to help you further. Regards
