Menstrual periods preponed

Last few months my periods are preponed with too much pain. Two times continuously on 26th days and last two times on 24th days. Sometimes i m taking Nicip tablets and other minor health issues. Is it due to that ?? Is this any serious issue for my future married life ???

Short cycles..preferably need evaluation with ultrasound and if required, blood test for hormones etc.. Pls visit a gynecologist..and get urself tested..
