Physical assessment is required before jumping to the treatment- assessment of motor and sensory functions, ADL which the patient can perform/not. Also if there was any concussion / Vertigo, it should be ruled out for giddiness. better refer a Neurologist/ Neuro surgeon/ Neuro Physiotherapist and have a proper screening in order to rule out major issues at the head and spine. Once ruled out Vigorous Physiotherapy is required.
Next Steps
Can Start with general Exercises of arm and legs, Neck should be supported and avoid excessive forward bending of the neck and spine.
Health Tips
Use hot water fermentation for your neck and avoid jerky movements such as getting up abruptly from bed/ turning quickly/ holding the neck in same position for a long time.
