My hearing capacity is decreased, I just want to clear my ear wax. But I am afraid of the pain. Are there any equipment that can clear wax without pain

Impacted wax needs to be softened before removal. You need to use wax softeners like Otorex or soliwax three drops three times daily for five days. Then consult nearby ENT specialist. Usually wax is removed by syringing or suctioning. Usually procedure is painless and quick
