New born baby age approximately 30 days . Mother feed is going on baby drink milk but after some time return come back from mouth and one to two time by Nose. Is any problems

It's a GERD for babies...tap the babies for 15mins after each feed until baby burps...even after this the issue persists then pediatric opinion is advisable
