Night shift precaution

I have started working in a night shift. I am hypothyroid patient. Can you please advise any precaution to follow.

You can take levothyroxine tablet very early morning but avoid having coffee or food for atleast 1 hr after taking that tablet. If you miss a tablet for a day then take 2 tablets on next day
