Numbness in fingers

During night sleep; I get numbness to pinky and ring finger of my left hand. This is happening since last couple of months. Not sure it is because of sleeping position or any other health issue. It is happening atleast 5 to 6 times in a week. Pls suggest

please check with nearby physician,  it may be your bad posture while sleeping,  or nerve compression,  or lack of blood supply or vitamin deficiency. check your blood for haemoglobin,  vitamin B12, calcium, chest x ray before visiting doctor.
