I am 51yo male and always like to sit on the floor for abt 45mins but unable to stand properly later due to numbness around my legs. my toe also having the same problem due to hiking trip last year. my sugar level is normal at 4.5 and blood pressure at 117/70. pls advise. tq

It is not a disease. Wear loose clothes, it may help
