Opening and leaking from incision area

I had lscs 20 days back, today i noticed discharge from incision area, there is tiny opening , on pressing fluid is coming from opening, i already received antibiotics twice post surgery and for uti, i am worried?? Is this need antibiotic or debridement, please guide Picture attached

There seems to be pinpoint hole Debrided not required Yes u need antibiotics
