Ovarian follicle rupture

My ovarian follicle size is 26*25 mm on day 13 of cycle. Endo is 12mm thick. I have a 28 day cycle almost always. At this size what are the chances of it being ruptured? I mean is is too big and might turn into a cyst or there are good chances for it to rupture into egg? Thanks
