I have this problem since last few years when I was about 13-14 years old but I didn't took it seriously. But now it is paining little more while peeing. I am confused where it pains just above the testicles or below it. And I go only 1-2 times a day for peeing because it doesn't come as normal body does. And one more problem, that there is knot i.e. in Hindi we call it Gaath in my testicles at right side. So please suggest or ask any relevant question if you had about it if you don't understand what exactly problem is.
