Pain from wrist to elbow

My wife is suffering with pain since 2 days. She has pain from wrist to elbow and sometime upper part of elbow. Googled it and found it's CTS but we are not sure. Please provide any physiotherapy or medication. Tried ecospirin 150 mg last night but no use.

Don't diagnose at home through internet and  dont take self medication... It can be fatal..
