Both the problems you are suffering from are related to your profession and more so to sitting for long hours. More than medicines, if you can just do some modifications, your problem will be solved. You must stand and may be take a short walk every hour. Even if you just stand for two minutes every hour, it will be very good for your back. Make sure that your meal timings are fixed. Even if you have to do night shift, have fixed time for short snack. Don't be hungry for long time. As far as possible, sleep for minimum 6 hours and avoid vague timings.
