Last month accident of my bike and bike handle is hit my chest i already suggest a doctor and done x-ray but doctor said no any fracture and injury but pain is as it is

Yeah..that's may be Costochondritis which cannot visible in x ray. You should visit physiotherapist once and start with ultrasound treatment followed by cold pack. For Costochondritis ultrasonic intensity and mode is different then only you can be relieved. Regards Dr.Gaurav Mohan from PHYSIO HUT
