Pain in Throat(Right)

I have pain in right side of my throat. Whenever i swallow it pains.it also feels like my ears are being pulled when i swallow.There is no pain in left side of throat.It feels like a infection in my throat. Is there any pain killer i can take so that the pain reduces.What else natural ways of healing can be done to reduce pain.

You can take a paracetamol. In car of severe pain, you should consult an ENT doctor
