Hello My weight was around 73kg since 3years and my height is 5.9ft, i had body ache and shoulder ache since 2 months, and my tongue was a bit white(not getting cleaned properly), i have visited a Gp in local, which put me on multivitamin and some medicine, in that week i had constant fever like 101-103f in evenings, got treated for typhoid (test came negative). My fever has gone, but left me with 66kgs weight till now, and have body ache and shoulder spams every alternate day, some days i took dolo for pain, but gives relief only for half day, i also started taking b12 supplements on my own, pain had been gone for 5 days and again it started ( missed one tablet of b12) I want this ache to be treated, and need my energy levels back. Please help, like what test i can do, and which doctors to approach. Thank you.
