Post stomachache side effects

Due to stomachache I was subjected to medications (painkillers and anti acidity tabs + slines)for about 1 month and since 3 weeks now my knee and elbow is swollen. The platelet count is increased and heamoglobin is decreasing it's aprrox 7.1, please help me analyse my condition and a treatment routine and to which specialist should I consult.
