How much early can I know whether I am pregnant? How do I stop an unplanned pregnancy? Are the oral pills effective and do they have any side effects, if so please suggest.

Within two days of missing ur periods you can find out about pregnancy by doing a urine pregnancy test.If it comes out positive then u need to take specific termination pills which can terminate pregnancy safely ,for details on this u may get back to us.
