Problem in my pregnancy

Its my fourth month of pregnancy.it was bleeding. I have consulted to a doctor.Dr adviced for ultra sound.the result of ultrasound is everything is healthy about the baby but it was bleeding a bit inside and in the report it was written that the is in unstable presentation.now it is bleeding out side also. Iam worried about it. Please let me know what do. Please reply soon.

Hi, u should immediately see ur Gynac n start treatment for it, take complete bed rest n don't exert .
