Problem in using Earphones

Whenever I listen songs by using earphones, some kind of pressure develops in my ear (similar to while traveling in flights) and cough also comes. Because of this I am not able to use earphones. What problem is this? Are my ears extra sensitive?

Sometimes in the canal earphones can cause such symptoms because of pressure over the superficial nerves in the ear canal. Try using over the ear headphones which are easily tolerated
