I've been having rashes on my arms, hands, back and neck for 2 days. When the sweat comes or I feel hot, these rashes itch a lot like somebody hitting me with the needle.

This is not a complete information. Please if possible you can cm to the clinic so that it can be examined or show it to some good dermatologist suggests Dr.Suruchi Puri .
