U have underwent surgical wisdom tooth removal,but a month ago,actually it should have healed by now,but u r telling that u have a hole in extraction socket so it indicate the wound has not healed yet,this is worry some so plz continue with saline water gargle and first and foremost thing to do is to visit ur dentist at the earliest,secondly get the intraoral x ray done,also do the Complete blood investigation,next visit the ENT surgeon to rule out any throat infection,pharyngitis,tonsillitis etc.And feeling weakness,muscle pain is mainly due to withdrawal symptoms of quitting tobacco u have done a great job of quitting tobacco,i appreciate ur efforts but plz stop i5 completely to secure ur future.
