Got red patches and Itching on scalp and back...also have pain in right knee and back.Patches are dry white skin on removing which liquid discharge happens.

Hi You may be having seborrhoeic dermatitis or scalp psoriasis. You will need to use a tar based shampoo with a salicylic acid lotion overnight. This condition may run in some families or may be worse in winter. Please contact a dermatologist who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments
