Red pin prick spots,bruising, headache

My legs have red pin prick spots under the skin and just above on each leg I have huge purple and yellow bruises. I have started getting some small patches of pin pricks on my fingers and have had a head ache on and off for 2 days

Did u suffer soar throat few wks back,,,,,, ???? Do CBC/pt/inr/ aso titre and a 2d echo sos, feel free to consult further.
