I am doing masturbation for more years. i. 21 years old boy. Now in recent time my intrest and sperm count was low. What happend for that. Whether i need to do monthly once or any other. Plz help me

Hello Masturbation doesn't causes any weakness or sexual dysfunction contrary to popular belief. So it has nothing to do with it. You can only comment about sperm count if semen analysis shows so.
