Hello there, NO, the only thing is they should both be positive phenotype not like (b+ and b-) then its a problem...you can go for genetic screening if any of you have a history of genetic defects or other words birth defects... even in consanguineous marriage you should do that because then your more prone for such defects... Kindly consult Gynecologist for further advice...
