When can i itroduce  tv cartoons , my twins  are 2 years old now?  will it effect  them negatively ?

U can let ur toddlers watch cartoon. Not more than One hour a day is the recommendation.

For 2-5 yrs children screen time is 1hour

Idealy les than one hour and it there should be breaks in between
