In MRI scan I got report as Mucosal thickening in left inferior turbinate. I have nasal congestion and through infection And sometimes pain near left ear (not always) only if I do any quick action, is this normal

Mucosal thickening is a very common finding.  even seen in patient which can occur due to regular rhinitis patient . Left side inferior turbinate with left deviated nasal septum   can cause your left earache due to eustachian tube blockage .. I need further information to know your problem in details.

Many times minimum thickening in Inferior Turbinate is seen in MRI. This is normal as MRI is not good with bony structure like Turbinate. You need to be examined why do you have nasal congestion.
