Daily night some white sticky liquid falls from my Penis. I think it's called pre cum ( dhaat ). Some times  during day Penis gets erected and same liquid falls. Plz help, I have tried many majun and Ayurveda tablets but Kuch Nahi hua, aap koi tablet ho to plz tell me.
