Skin infection folliculitis

Hello Doctor, I came to your clinic on April 11. I had folliculitis. I have been taking antibiotics for last 5 days on time. Swelling and pain has reduced but what worries me that every now and then new one forms. My concern is whether these new swelling will cause problem after my antibiotic course is complete in next 3 days.
