Hi i am suffering from spinal stenosis last 10 months i take 2 months regulas physotherapry, medicine and exercise also but not cure also pin in left side of leg..and when i touch my left leg calf someting clot like appear please help how i cure woth this problem..

Spinal stenosis which cant be managed with medicines must be operated upon to decompress the stenosis.

How was your spinal stenosis diagnosed? was an MRI done? Even after conservative treatment your pain is not subsiding you need to meet with a spine surgeon to discuss further treatment options after examination
