Spine tuberculosis

My mother is being suffering from spine tuberculosis form last 4 month...she is under treatment..medicine she take is AKT 4,benadon,robomat and so on..my query is after 4 month also there is no change In here in fact now she is not even able to stand bcoz of severe pain.please help me with solution

Without having seen the patient or the MRI images, it is very difficult to opine. In view of no improvement, the possibilities are 1) Involvement of bone and ligaments causing instability 2) Compression of the nerves or spinal cord 3) TB not responding to medicines. You definitely need to consult a Neurospine specialist.

Hi dunt know whether there is pus or not    if pus collection balready started ,,,, u need consult for spine surgeon for evacuation of pus ,,, den only it will subside

U need urgent spine consult. No improvement /pain can be because of excess bone destruction or multidrug resistant tuberculosis
