Last night after masturbating the back side of penis top got swollen. Please advice solution for this problem

Hi, due to injury during masturbation causes pain and swelling.it needs complete evaluation. If the swelling is more go for usg scan. You need antibiotics, and painkillers if pain is present. Avoid masturbation till it heals. Consult general surgeon for furthur evaluation and treatment.
