Throat and mouth feel dry

Sir, My throat and mouth feel dry when sleeping . If use more pillow hight some how feel good at the time sleeping  . It feel in  time sleeping after food.some time also little bit muscos come from throat .

Hi You should increase your water intake As it will help to clear the mucous Also u can take steam Also look for acidity symptoms and if present treat it with lifestyle modifications and if required antacids
