I am having a 4 yrs kid. I got pregnant naturally 1 yrs back, but spontaneous abortion happened. It was an unplanned pregnancy. After that we are trying since last 10 months. We have done 3 months of ovulation induction as well. But no result. Husband semen analysis, prolactin level, thyroid are checked and all seems fine. TVS scan looks fine. My period is regular for 25 to 26 days. But not able to conceive since last 10 months. Why this is happening? What should be done next? Please advice.
