Dear sir/ mam, we have done 2nd stage ultrasound on 20 weak pregnancy, the found enlarge Kidney( Left and Right), what to do.

Send ur reports..it's normal for kidneys to have dilatation in pregnancy..however can be commented only after looking at usg report.
