Under foot heal pain

I ran indoors 4 kms everyday for 2 months Now I experience heal pain underfoot of my left leg. It's acute when I get up in the morning. Both leg look like sprained. Wearing socks or chappals provide relief. What should I do ?

Calf stretching exercises for a minute for 10-15 times a day especially before night. Sit such that your feet are completely placed on the floor or foot rest.
