My younger daughter is 2 yrs old and her weight is 10 kgs, height is 2 feet 9inches. When I checked her BMI it's reflecting underweight. Otherwise the child is very active and jolly. Please advice how to gain weight.
Offer her healthy diet.Restrict chocolates, chips, fruit juices n excess milk...offer home available nutritious food as per her taste, don't force feed...... 3-4 times semisolid / solid food is must
