Urge to urinate and urine leak

I have done recently urine routine and my pus cells are 2-4 and epithelial cells are 1-2/hpf and facing issues of urge to urinate and post void dribbling, what should I do next?

Need to do urine culture test also and then consult with report with a urologist.
