I have problem with my wrist size. My wrists r very thin.. And I feel pinching pain in my wrist. Is it due to masturbation and what can I do increase size of my wrist. My age is 25, weight is 86 kg and height 6 ft. My legs are strong and whole body is strong except my wrists.. I am very much concerned. I used to masturbate a lot in childhood.

Well this can be a condition called Dequerevans Tenosynovitis due to which there is severe sharp shooting pain on the Thumb side of your wrist . Needs to be assessed and then accordingly take Rest with Ice fomentation and Analgesics.
