Please suggest me, I want to take vitamin a cap for better eye sight, bcz these days my eye sight looking bit poor bcz I am giving feed may be.. So plz suggest what dose I shd take & is it good to take vit a cap?

Hello...vitamin A is essential for normal functioning of retina (back portion of eye). Deficiency of vitamin A causes night blindnesss....Vitamin A does not increase eye sight or decrease number of glasses...
