Vitamin D Deficiency

2023-10-09 05:51:57
I got my vitamin D levels checked in June 2023 and it was 61 as I was taking oral supplements for that. After that I stopped taking so is it s possibility my vitamin d levels have again dropped because I have facing similar symptoms?

Best way is to recheck the vitamin d level to compare it to the previous report

I see that you are an IT professional, I presume that you don't get much exposure to natural sunlight. It is very likely that you may have vitamin d deficiency again, but it need to be confirmed by test. Make sure to get proper sun exposure even when you are taking supplements
