If it's is rapidly increasing you shd keep a watch on it and if it keeps spreading you will need to be started on oral medication under your doctor's supervision Try applying Melanil roller twice a day for 1 months it will help the color to come back. To stop it from growing apply tectum cream 0.1 small amount on the patches once at night.
