Based on your symptoms of persistent fatigue, numbness from the waist to feet, and intermittent burning sensations, there could be a few potential causes that should be evaluated. It might be related to nutritional deficiencies, such as vitamin B12 or vitamin D deficiency, which can cause neuropathy and generalized weakness. Other possibilities include thyroid dysfunction or anemia, which could explain your tiredness and dark circles. It would be beneficial to get some blood tests, including a complete blood picture (CBP), thyroid profile, serum vitamin D, calcium, iron profile, and vitamin B12 levels. Starting a daily supplement like Neurobion Forte may help if there's a deficiency contributing to your symptoms. If the test results come back normal, it's also important to consider factors like stress, anxiety, or other psychological conditions that could manifest as physical symptoms. Please consult with me for a more detailed evaluation and tailored treatment plan. You can reach out to me via WhatsApp on eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two for further guidance.
