My orthodontic doctor said to me to wear elastic on my braces. How to wear elastic on braces using fingers only?

It’s quite easy . All you need to do is engage the elastic with one hook from behind and then taking it all the way to the other hook from front.You can ask your dentist to demonstrate it once.
