Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Is there also a burning sensation when you pass urine? Since when has it started. Kindly get your urine tested. Syp. Citralka to 10ml in 100ml water thrice a day . Drink plenty of water daily. Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hello... I can understand your problem. It could be urinary tract infection, you consult urologist.. Urine sample culture and sensitivity is required for diagnosis.. Later doctor will treat the infection... Ultrasound is required pain abdomen is due to some other reasons...
