My doctor told if the result is less than 2 in beta HCg report I will be pregnant but in report I got non pregnant with result < 0.1 what does it mean and do I need meet my doctor again with this report

Next Steps
wait for one week if u  didn't get periods then u should repeat urine test with morning urine sample at home .
