What to do next ?

I have left hydronephrosis and hydroureter due to 6mm calculus in uv junction and right mild hydronephrosis and hydroureter. kolkata medical college doctors prescribed me tamsulosin 0.4,levofloxanin,pot.(for 5 days) cytrate syrup. i already take tamsulosin and pot cytrate syrup for 30 days, now in this lockdown period what should i do?,i cant able consult the doctor, a online urologist suggest me to do usg to check the condition,but previously when i do usg,it fails to identify stone further i do CT of KUB to detect that stone.. now what should i do, go for a usg, or for CT scan or simply take tje medicine for more 15 days? plz suggest me doctors.

Do a ct kub plain it will answer all your questions and probably will answer the reason for rt hudronephrosis

What are your symptoms now? Any fever ,back pain or burning micturition What are your blood reports CT scan is the best to detect stone,but your symptoms should be able to guide whether stone is present or has passed out

First of all what are your symptoms now? Are you sure you have not passed the stone yet ? Do we know the cause for right Hydronephrosis  ? It could be due to a stone as well. Ultrasound  can miss a stone if its location  is in the middle part of ureter. If you are aymptomatic now,  i would suggest to wait till lockdown opens up and get a CT afterwards. If symptomatic now or you develop symptoms in next few days,  ideally  go for  NCCT KUB
