Our house keeper's daughter had consulted doctor because she is having swelling near abdomen because of low blood her haemoglobin range is 5.0 and doctor advised for a blood transfusion. He also said to do a ultrasound scan and in the scan there is this impression. Impression : 50x45mm hypoechoic lesion with moderate vascularity noted in left adnexa (Advise Ca 125 to rule out carcinoma). * Splenomegaly( 16cm spleen). I would like to ask which doctor to consult for treatments ?? I have attached the reports too. Please kindly help. Thank you.
