Pain in left wrist, for past 5 months. Very mild but increasing day by day. I feel decrease range of motion and mild pain especially when I flex my left forearm. Is driving two wheeler too long a cause (using clutch repeatedly). ?

Have you taken any opinions till now? Has any doctor examined you? 5 months is too long time. Can you exactly tell which part of wrist is painful. Can you post photos of wrist with marking.

Pain in wrist can be due to many reasons. However one condition is seen predominantly where some muscle tendons around the wrist become swollen and give rise to pain, its referred to as DeQuervans tenosynovitis. I suggest you get it examined by a orthopaedician first. Get it diagnosed. DeQuervans is completely curable if treated properly.
